NoVa Intermediate Group

NoVa Synchro’s Intermediate Group is for athletes who have mastered basic synchronized swimming skills and techniques, as well as new athletes ages 11 and older. Intermediate group athletes practice twice per week and compete at the local and regional level.

Intermediate Group athletes practice at the Washington and Lee High School pool from 1:30-3:30 pm on Sundays and from 6:30-8 pm on Wednesdays. The joining fee for the intermediate group is $75, which includes registration with USA Synchro and Potomac Valley Synchro. Monthly dues for the intermediate group are $140, which pays for pool time and coaching. Each athlete will need to provide their own one-piece swimsuit, cap and goggles for each practice.
